With the support of professional advisor of each team, the fund aims to encourage students to initiate, plan, organize and implement various mental health related workshops and activities for their peers to participate at their own campuses. Through these projects, we hope to nurture positive emotions and atmosphere at post-secondary campuses and to enhance the awareness of mental health issues among the youths, the future of families and of the society of Hong Kong.
Three of the 14 funded-projects have been awarded as the best practice projects. They were given additional funding to sustain and extend their projects. An award presentation ceremony was held on the 9th March, 2017. Details on the ceremony can be viewed at the page – http://csrp.hku.hk/wecare-fund-projects-ceremony.
