Ms. Anna Wong
Dr Anna Wong completed her degree and PhD in University of Cambridge and is currently working as a Post-doctoral fellow in the Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention at the University of Hong Kong. Her research expertise is in mental health for youths. She is a leading researcher for the “Promoting Wellness in School” project funded by the Quality Education Fund of the Education Bureau with an aim of transforming all participating schools into Wellbeing First Schools – where student mental health and wellbeing are treated as top priority. She is primarily involved in developing the Wellbeing First Schools Guidelines and an evidence-based good practice model for school settings in Hong Kong. Her other research interests include the therapeutic uses of musical engagement in the contexts of mental health promotion and suicide prevention.
